  • 200 fr
  • 200 (25 IM drill – 25 Fr)
  • 200 pull
  • 100 kick
  • 4×50 on :10 rest desc 1-4 (bring your Heart Rate up)
  • 8×25 on :10 – :15 rest (odd drill, even 15 m fast-10 e-z)
  • 100 e-z

Check dive and turns. Feel comfortable with the pool.
