You can download next week’s workouts below. The workout for Friday, March 25, 2016 is now at 9:30am to 11:00am.
Here is a note from Coach Luis: As we rapidly approach our first championship meet, the workload will decrease to give your muscles the opportunity to recover, since they have been working hard all year to this point.
Remember to stretch constantly and work on core body exercises to help your taper, core body drills such as: sets of abs, push ups (short reps and fast) and planks.
