Workouts

The following is a list of past workouts that our coach, Luis, has generously provided. Each workout is divided into four sections (generally for the pace times):

  • Lane 7-8: Fast Pace Time
  • Lane 4-6: Moderately Fast Pace Time
  • Lane 2-3: Moderate Pace Time
  • Lane 1: Seconds Rest/Shorter Workout
